Human rights policy

Taiwan Plating Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taiwan Plating Technology) recognizes and supports internationally recognized human rights norms and principles. In order to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and implement human rights protection, it has specially formulated human rights regulations applicable to Taiwan Plating Technology and its related affiliated enterprises. The policy is to treat and respect all colleagues with justice and fairness; to put an end to any infringement and violation of human rights, in addition to providing a reasonable and safe workplace, and to ensure that current employees of the company are treated reasonably and with dignity. Taiwan Plate Technology’s human rights policy is explained as follows:

Human rights commitments
  1. In the recruitment, employment, promotion, rewards and benefits of personnel, no discrimination will be based on race, language, blood type, religion, political party, place of origin, gender, age, marriage, appearance, or other factors. There is differential treatment.
  2. In addition to special job restrictions, we employ employees with disabilities and promise not to discriminate against employees based on any of the above factors.
  3. In terms of personnel management, we attach great importance to "employing people based on their talents and selecting the right people for the right job" and do not use irrelevant personal characteristics as management assessment indicators.

  1. In order to ensure the economic well-being of employees, the salary of all employees is in line with or better than the basic salary level stipulated by local laws, and social insurance is provided in accordance with regulations.
  2. Based on the premise of taking care of employees, we also provide group insurance and related benefits and bonus payment measures that are beyond legal regulations.
Management/operating rules
  1. Establish "Salary Work Guidelines" to ensure that all employees' salaries are better than the basic salary stipulated by law.
  2. Newly recruited personnel must sign back the admission notice before the registration date, which shall state the salary to ensure that the labor conditions agreed upon by both parties comply with legal regulations.
  3. The salary paid each month is provided with project details and calculation methods to ensure that the payment content complies with legal regulations.
Improvements
  1. Cooperate with and comply with changes in government laws and social environment, and review the work environment and regulations at any time
  2. If it is found that there is a violation of the "Human Rights Policy", necessary improvement measures will be taken with the supervisor and the employees will be returned to their due rights.
