I recall what my supervisor, Mr. Otsuka, said to me in the first class when I was studying abroad in Japan: Whether you can achieve anything in the future depends on your own "ideas". Do you have your own "philosophy of life"? ", that is, whether you can stick to your ideal goals for work and your "interpersonal relationships."
So since I founded "Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd." (later renamed Taiwan Galvanizing Technology Co., Ltd.), I put forward the phrase "create a hot-dip galvanizing culture and safeguard the world's limited resources" to express my expectations and Encouragement with all colleagues.
Taiwan is a beautiful island with beautiful scenery and spring-like weather all year round. However, it is still lacking in many supplies and has to rely on imports. With the advancement of civilization, more and more steel is used, but back then it had to rely on foreign imports. Later, although the country also had its own steelmaking plants, the raw materials needed for refining still had to be imported from abroad, and we all also As you know, steel is currently the most commonly used structural material, and its use is becoming more and more common, but its biggest fatal flaw is "rust" and "corrosion". The general anti-rust method is "painting", but many people don't know that "hot-dip galvanizing" is actually the cheapest, most effective and most economical method.

1977
Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd. was established and set up a factory in Guishan District (Nankan), Taoyuan City.
1979
Established technical cooperation relationship with Japan ISK.
1980
Passed the Taipower review and became the first hot-dip galvanizing factory in China to pass the project review.
1983
The Kaohsiung factory (Luzhu District, Kaohsiung City) was officially opened, with a construction area of 1,650 square meters.
1985
Introducing the production technology of "chain galvanizing" and becoming a pioneer in the production technology of Taiwan's galvanizing industry.
1988
"High corrosion resistance hot-dip plating of 5% aluminum-zinc alloy" was jointly developed with the Institute of Industrial Materials of ITRI.
1990
"High corrosion resistance hot-dip plating of 5% aluminum-zinc alloy" technology has been developed and mass-produced, and has been trial purchased by Taipower.
1992
Invested in the development of "automated hot-dip galvanizing equipment".
1992
Established technical cooperation relationship with Japan's "Tanaka Asia Lead Plating Co., Ltd."
1993
The Guanyin Factory (Guanyin Industrial Zone, Taoyuan City) was officially opened, with a construction area of 4,500 square meters.
1994
Tainan Factory (Tainan City Shanshan Industrial Zone) was officially opened, with a construction area of 5,400 square meters.
2007
"Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd." was renamed "Taiwan Galvanizing Technology Co., Ltd."
2009
Successfully developed hot-dip galvanized self-tapping screws.
2012
Supply self-tapping screws to Formosa Plastics Sixth Lighting Factory for factory construction
2017
Supplying Changchun Chemical and Formosa Plastics B7 bolts for testing, and began to enter the B7 bolt fastener market

The R&D team collaborates with Fasteners to develop acid-resistant and salt-resistant coatings

Introduction to our factory
In July 1993, the Guanyin Plant of Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd. (original name: Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd.) was officially opened, creating another peak for Taiwan Galvanizing Technology. In addition to a large galvanizing furnace (large furnace), the factory also adopts the country's most advanced galvanizing factory equipment. In December of the following year, the second phase of the small furnace project was completed. The total production capacity reaches 7,000 tons.
Our factory's large furnace is 16 meters long, 1.8 meters wide, and 3.0 meters deep. The single-hanging product load is 40 tons. It is mainly responsible for the plating of large-scale steel structure bridges. It is currently the largest galvanizing tank in our company. The small furnace is 3 meters long, 0.7 meters wide and 1.0 meters deep, with a total factory area of 4,500 square meters. The original Nankan old factory was moved here. It is a qualified supplier of Taipower. In addition to undertaking Taipower's special iron fittings, it also handles some difficult tasks. Production technologies, such as chains, washers, nails, self-tapping screws, special iron accessories, etc., are all unique and leading the way.

Introduction to our factory
It was officially opened in November 1994. In 1997, Japan's advanced technology for plating washing machine automatic equipment was introduced, which further increased the output value of the Tainan factory. In July 2003, in order to provide more comprehensive services, a medium-sized furnace was added.
The sizes of the galvanizing furnaces in the Tainan factory include medium-sized furnaces: 4.5 meters long, 1.2 meters wide, and 1.8 meters high; small furnaces: 3.8 meters long, 0.8 meters wide, and 1.2 meters high. The factory building and land area total 2,880 square meters.

Founded in September 1983, it was formerly known as Hongyi Industrial Co., Ltd. and is a subsidiary of Taiwan Galvanizing Co., Ltd. In 1991, in order to cooperate with the long-term development of the parent company, it merged with the parent company. After the merger, the full name was Taiwan The Kaohsiung Plant of Plating Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in hot-dip galvanizing processing. It is currently engaged in the processing of large-furnace plating parts such as steel structure workshops. The original small-furnace plating parts processing was transferred to the Tainan plant for production.
The size of the galvanizing furnace of the Kaohsiung plant is a large furnace, 12.5 meters long, 1.5 meters wide, and 2.3 meters deep. The factory building and land area total 1,650 square meters.
